This model is suited to Tanks where the turret crew members require full access to the communications. It also provides Commander Radio Transmit Priority which interrupts other crew members' transmissions should the commander key up the radio. The wireless connectivity to the Driver means that connectivity through the Rotary Based Joint is not required. This model is used in restricted space platforms where the majority of crew members require access to configuration of system commensurate with their role
The AT-EQ1 Wireless headset allows full duplex communication using wireless technology between persons wearing similar headsets. Wireless interfacing to a VHF radio also allows two way radio voice transmissions.
